Price Range for Domain with PR

Not considering the keyword etc for the domain name, what is the current market value for domains with PR, say PR3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 ?

Not so many people selling real PR4/5/6, what'd you think a fair value for such domains?
A lot of people are selling dropped domains with PR here. And I'd doubt there is much value for those unless there are a lot of backlinks to support the PR.

It depends on the length and keywords in the domain, but PR3 goes for about $20-30. wow!
